Custom Made Physio is a physiotherapy practice based on Larrakia Land / Darwin, NT that was created to deliver personalised, hands-on and active treatment. Good Point Design has worked with director, Sam, since its opening in 2018 to develop a visual identity that conveyed this to clients.

It was important that the brand, and all visual collateral, was professional and less clinical and cold than is common in healthcare services. It also needed to feel unique to the area. ‘Darwin sunset’ colours in the logo and other collateral, contrast with graphic black and white. Illustrative environmental signage, including hand painted murals, are fun and somewhere between cheesy and cheeky. Playful decals designed for the walls of the clinic gym feature musculoskeletal diagrams in unexpected poses.

The beauty of working in a partnership over a long period of time is that the visual story continues to build over time. To date, Good Point Design have designed a broad range of Custom Made Physio visual collateral including: environmental signage, decals for windows and walls, hand painted murals, stationery, running and cycling apparel as well as visuals for the website, social media and other promotional materials.

The overall result is a “human” visual identity that is in equal parts approachable and professional. We’re excited about where this collaboration will take us next.
