NSW Health Pathology engaged Good Point Design to design and illustrate a resource for their staff to support them in providing care-ful pathology collections. The resource focuses on relational and customer-service skills across groups, and specific to a population (e.g. collecting with children, collecting with transgender and gender diverse people) as well as collecting in different environments.

It is designed to support, rather than replace, the high level of technical skills that staff have, in order to consistently provide a quality collection service that is safe and respectful. Good Point Design helped bring this resource to life with illustrations of patients and staff and the design of the document itself. They bring human faces to these important words.
